Ever since I have discovered the deep sleep pillow spray from This Works, I knew that I wanted to discover more amazing products that worked for me and my sleep. You can read my thoughts about the deep sleep pillow spray here in a previous blog post I wrote. This time around I wanted to mention a recent brand discovery of mine and this is Mio Skincare. This brand uses the best ingredients for the best results and so far I am really impressed. What’s more is the brand is committed to ensuring that all of their products are cruelty free and vegan!
Throughout the day, I am non-stop at work as an accountant (on placement year) and this can get pretty stressful at times when I am working towards tight-deadlines. Sleep is a very important factor in my life as it helps me refresh in time for the next working day. However, sometimes falling asleep can be quite a task as I sit up and stress out about all the things I have to do the next day. All I want is to be able to de-stress by the end of the day.
Recently, I have been incorporating the Mio Skincare Liquid Yoga Space Spray into my bedtime routine. When I find myself in the stressful state as I have mentioned above, I will often reach for my Mio Skincare Liquid Yoga Space Spray. The space spray has an amazing blend of essential oils including Lavendin, Chamomile and Mentha Arvansis to name a few. It is the perfect mix for stress relief.
The great thing about this stuff is that it doesn’t have to be used only as a pillow mist. You can spray this onto your pulse points throughout the day or even in and around your office too. The spray has a lovely scent to it, so I’m sure your work colleagues wouldn’t mind.
All it takes is a few spritzes on my pillow and in no time, there I am on my way to complete and utter zen. The spray will not stain your bedding, so it really is up to you on the amount you need to use at the time. If I’m feeling super stressed out that evening, then I’ll drench my pillow in the mist – haha!
Have you ever tried the Liquid Yoga Space Spray? Do you have any personal recommendations?
The spray comes in a 150ml bottle and retails at £19.50!
